In short: Two Love Design is a small handmade jewelry studio. By using this site or buying from us, you agree to the terms below. The South African Consumer Protection Act and the POPI Act apply, and nothing here overrides your statutory rights.
1. About these terms
These Terms govern your use of https://www.twolovedesign.co.za and any orders placed through it. The site is operated by Two Love Design, a sole-proprietor jewelry studio based in Durbanville, Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing the site or placing an order, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Products
Two Love Design designs and hand-crafts sterling silver jewelry. Each piece is made by hand in small batches; subtle variations between pieces are part of the work and are not defects.
Product images aim to be accurate, but actual colour and finish may differ slightly from your screen due to monitor calibration, photography lighting and the inherent variation of hand-finished work.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change without notice, but the price displayed at checkout is the price that applies to your order.
4. Made to order
Almost every piece is hand-cut and finished only after an order is placed. Please allow 5 to 10 working days for production before the item is dispatched. We will let you know if a particular order will take longer.
5. Returns and refunds
You may return an unworn item in its original condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To request a return, please contact us via the contact form first; we will explain how to send the item back.
Personalised pieces — including the Personalised Initial Necklaces — are made specifically to your order and are not eligible for return or refund unless the item arrives damaged or incorrectly produced.
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or differs materially from what was ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement, repair or refund as appropriate. Your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 are not affected.
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
6. Shipping
We currently ship within South Africa only. Orders are dispatched after the made-to-order production window (see section 4); typical delivery times once dispatched are 2 to 5 working days, depending on courier and destination.
International shipping may be available on request — please get in touch via the contact form if you are outside South Africa.
7. Care and warranty
Sterling silver is a precious but soft metal. To keep your pieces looking their best, store them in a dry place away from cosmetics and chemicals, and clean gently with a silver-polishing cloth.
We stand behind our craftsmanship. If a piece fails due to a manufacturing defect within 6 months of delivery, we will repair or replace it free of charge. Damage from wear, accidents or improper care is not covered.
8. Intellectual property
All designs, photographs, copy and other content on this site are the property of Two Love Design and may not be reproduced, copied or used without written permission.
9. Links to other sites
Our site may link to third-party sites or services. We have no control over and accept no responsibility for the content, policies or practices of those sites.
10. Acceptable use
Don’t use the site or our service to do anything illegal, deceptive or harmful. We may suspend or refuse access if a user breaches these Terms.
11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties not expressly given in these Terms, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Our liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant item, except where law prohibits such limitation.

How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
